The Nantucket Human Services Center represents a practical & comprehensive service design committed to strengthening and building new and increased collaboration among our island's human services providers.

A parcel of land has been identified and approved by Town Meeting vote for a complex of buildings. This multi-service delivery approach will:
SAVE MONEY - by sharing space, rent, staff, and equipment. The island’s present fragmented practices cost our community valuable resources.
IMPROVE SERVICE - when agencies with common goals interact easily, collaboration can help strengthen all services. A sense of community replaces agency isolation.
SIMPLIFY - human services in closer proximity offer more efficient and integrated use of their professional talents.
EASE ACCESS - for everyone. When you need help or information, you'll know where to go. A handicap accessible and people friendly location serves everyone.
